Returns & Refunds Policy

All our products are rigorously tested and each product is carefully selected before it reaches you. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we will be committed to your service.

We stand by our product and offer a 14-day money-back guarantee.

If you are not fully happy with the goods you have received, you can return them to us within 14 days of receiving your order.


To be eligible for returns

Products must be undamaged. 

Products must be not used.

  • For items with a manufacturer seal, the manufacturer seal must be unopened
  • The item must be in its original packaging with all original accessories


How do I return my items?

You have up to 14 days to start your return from the moment you receive the item. Please include the original packaging with your return.

We offer free returns for the following situation:

Logistics abnormality: No updates for more than 15 days.
The product has major defects or quality problems.

For other return claims, the customer will cover the return shipping cost.

Return policy on damaged, wrong, or dysfunctional products

If you find products in your order damaged, wrong or dysfunctional, please contact us directly by email at service@qecodyye.com and attach photos/videos showcasing the issue you are experiencing with your item.

In the aforementioned case, you will have 14 days to return these products for a refund or replacement.

You will not be charged for return shipping of your faulty item as the shipping costs will already be paid by us in a prepaid return label.

 

Follow these steps to register your return

You can send the following information to the service@qecodyye.com email address

  • Your name
  • Order number
  • Site photo of the product
  • Reason for return customer service after receiving the information

Packing instructions:

Securely pack the items in a box.
Affix the mailing label squarely onto the address side of the parcel, covering up any previous delivery address and barcode without overlapping any adjacent side.
Use the address listed and affix the appropriate amount of postage.
Ship the package from the nearest post office or shipping company of your choice.
If you did not receive a return address please send an e-mail to  service@qecodyye.com.
Pack the item neatly carefully and send the item.

 

Received a faulty item?

We're sorry to hear you have received a faulty items. We will be able to facilitate a free return for you if this is needed regardless of your location. So that we are able to assist you in the best way possible please contact our support team through Service@qecodyye.com

Refund process

The refund will be initiated once your product is received back in our warehouse and inspected by our team. Once approved, the refund takes 3-6 business days to process. Refund will be made according to the original payment method you used.
